Welcome to Collector's Emporium. By accessing or purchasing from this website www.collectorsemporiumtcg.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or submitting an inventory buyback request.
1. General Business Structure
Solo Operation: This store is an independently owned and operated sole proprietorship. I personally handle all inventory sourcing, web management, product packaging, and customer service.
Scope of Service: I sell authentic Trading Card Game (TCG) singles and sealed products, specializing in Pokémon. I also source inventory locally through collection and bulk buybacks.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policies
Domestic Destination Restriction: I only offer shipping to destinations within the United States. International orders are not supported and will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Processing & Logistics: Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. Tracking details will be automatically provided upon shipment for qualifying orders.
Packaging Standards: As a collector, I take product condition seriously. Single cards are securely packaged using protective sleeves, rigid toploaders, and sealed team bags.
3. Product Condition & Authenticity
Authenticity Guarantee: All trading cards and sealed products sold on this website are guaranteed 100% authentic.
Condition Grading: Single cards are graded visually based on standard industry guidelines (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, etc.). Minor subjective variances in grading may occur, but I make every effort to remain highly transparent and precise.
Sealed Product Disclaimers: Factory-sealed items (such as Booster Boxes and Elite Trainer Boxes) are sold exactly as received from distributors. I am not responsible for manufacturing defects inside sealed products, including factory card print lines, off-center cuts, box centering, or random pack distribution anomalies.
4. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Final Sale on Singles & Sealed: Due to the highly volatile nature of the trading card market, all sales of single cards and factory-sealed products are final. Returns, exchanges, or order cancellations are not accepted once an item has been processed or shipped.
Exceptions: If you receive an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error on my part, please contact me immediately within 48 hours of delivery so I can correct the issue.
5. Local Inventory Buybacks & Bulk Sourcing
Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to decline purchasing any bulk or collection for any reason, including space limitations, unverified authenticity, or card condition.
Condition & Verification: All cards submitted for buybacks must be authentic, English, and meet the agreed-upon condition requirements (typically Near Mint). Final cash payouts are only issued after a physical inspection by me.
Safety Protocols: For mutual security, all local collections evaluations and cash transactions take place strictly at pre-arranged, well-lit, public locations.
6. Modifications to Terms
I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
